We ship our full range of bioethanol fireplaces to Ireland from our warehouse in Denmark. By shipping directly from Denmark, we are able to avoid customs charges — the price you see at checkout is the total price you pay, with no hidden costs upon delivery.

A flat delivery charge of £19 applies to all orders shipped to Ireland, with an estimated lead time of 4–5 business days.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will automatically be sent to your email address so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If you have any questions about your shipment, our customer service team is always happy to help.

Bioethanol Fuel

Please note that we are currently unable to ship bioethanol fuel to Ireland due to transport regulations. We are working on a solution and hope to offer this in the near future.

In the meantime, if you are unsure which fuel to use for your fireplace, look for bioethanol fuel in Ireland with an alcohol percentage of 95–97.5%.

Non-Stock Products

We do not hold all brands and products in stock at our warehouse. Some items may need to be ordered directly from the supplier or manufacturer, which can affect the lead time. Delivery for non-stock items typically ranges from 2–12 weeks. Please contact us for more precise delivery information on a specific product.
