Planika Cabo Laurent automatic outdoor bioethanol fireplace
The Planika Cabo Laurent has been tested by the manufacturer for outdoor use, but not under Scandinavian conditions. At bioethanol-fireplace.co.uk, we therefore do not recommend using the fireplace outdoors all year round, where it may be exposed to freezing temperatures and harsh weather. We recommend using the fireplace under a covered terrace and ensuring it can be moved and stored in a dry, frost-free environment when not in use.
The Cabo Laurent is a freestanding automatic bioethanol fireplace designed for outdoor use. All electronic components are waterproof sealed, allowing the fireplace to withstand rain and moisture.
The fireplace features a frame made from Dekton panels with an elegant black marble look. The 12 mm thick Dekton is composed of ceramic, quartz, and glass, providing a highly durable surface resistant to scratches and high temperatures.
The Cabo Laurent burner is based on Planika’s patented BEVTM technology, which vaporises the bioethanol before ignition. This ensures that there is no direct contact between the fuel in the tank and the flame. The technology also allows you to adjust the flame across six levels.
The fireplace can be controlled via the built-in control panel, the included remote control, or through an app on your mobile or tablet.
Refilling the burner is simple using the included automatic fuel pump. Connect the pump, press the button, and it will automatically stop once the tank is full. With a full capacity of 10.5 litres of bioethanol, the fireplace can burn for up to 8 hours depending on the selected flame level.
